We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Objects Room. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before ordering.
Condition of Items
Our pieces are antique or vintage and may show signs of age and use. We aim to describe and photograph each item honestly and clearly. If you need more information or photos, please ask before buying.
Change of Mind (UK Consumers)
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive the item to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, email ben@theobjectsroom.co.uk with your order number and details of the item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returns Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, with any original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within [X] working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method for the item price and, where applicable, the basic outbound delivery cost (for cancellations under consumer law). We may make a deduction if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonable to inspect it.
